Build Your Freight Business With Sims Global Solutions
You’ve spent years building customer relationships, developing your book of business, and learning how to sell and move freight. Now you need the right platform behind you.
Sims Global Solutions is looking for experienced freight agents and transportation sales professionals who want the freedom of running their own business with the technology, carrier network, operational support, and financial resources of an established 3PL behind them.
This is not a traditional sales job. This is an opportunity to build and grow your own freight business while partnering with a privately owned logistics company that is invested in long-term relationships.
You bring the relationships. We provide the platform.
Two Ways to Partner With Sims
We offer two 1099 agent models designed around how you want to run your business:
Cradle-to-Grave Freight Agent
For experienced agents who want to manage their customers and freight from start to finish. You maintain control of your customer relationships and day-to-day business while leveraging Sims' technology, carrier network, transportation capabilities, and financial resources.
Freight Sales Agent

An Unsaturated Agent Network
We are not trying to build the largest agent network possible. Sims is selective about the agents we partner with, which means
fewer agents competing for the same opportunities and more room to develop your business.
